A few video cards are missing the 8x14 font in their hardware.  
"FIX8X14.SYS" emulates the missing font, so that SimCity (and 
other programs requiring the 8x14 fixed font) can be run using 
these video cards.  The included utility "FIXDIAG.EXE" can 
test if your video card actually needs to have this emulator.
